Continental Kessey Key Writing

Read the 93c86 (200) with TMPro2, after the read is complete it immediately writes back to the device, never prompting to use a transponder or key, tried the process again with a 7936 chip in place at the beginning but that does not work, am I missing something on this procedure? The keys on the car have not been erased so trying to program chip ready to start the car . Any help appreciated
