How long does it take to get replies to emails sent? i have an important job, where the truck needs to drive as soon as possible, because it is carrying perishable goods and all keys lost, so i have ordered module 222 MAN

Hello.
Is there any other way to order Modules?
I have sent an email with the order for module #104 to bogivarna@abv.bg but i have not received any reply.
It has been nearly 24 hours since i sent the request.
